Build 0.17.913
Released: December 19, 2025
Double Experience Bonus
In the spirit of the holidays and as a thank you to everyone who has been participating in Early Access so far, we have activated a double experience bonus. This bonus will remain in effect until our Combat and Progression Update which is currently targeted for Spring of 2026. Note: In some cases, for example if you are soloing an NPC with a high group experience modifier, the amount of experience you earn will be capped for that encounter.
General
Players may now tame and ride horses throughout Terminus beginning at level 20. To learn the taming skill and acquire their first mount, players should visit the stables in Demith village and speak to Stablehand Phosy. Please note that this is the initial implementation of our mounts and taming system. Additions and enhancements to this system are planned for future updates. If for some reason players lose their ability scroll for Taming once they have obtained it, a replacement can be obtained by speaking with Stablehand Phosy again.
• Added the “Use Mount” key mapping, currently mapped to the H key, which will call your active mount to you if you have one, dismount if you’re mounted, or mount if you’re standing close enough to your active mount. This can be remapped in the Input tab of the Settings window.
• You can now toggle walking on/off with the period/full stop (-) key. This can also be remapped in the Input tab of the Settings window.
• Falling damage has been reduced a bit

Build 0.17.706
Released: November 19, 2025
Important
The Wizard class has received a major revision. Many of the old wizard spells have been deactivated and replaced with new versions. If you play a wizard, you will need to visit a trainer NPC and repurchase most of your spells. The spell prices for new wizard spells have been temporarily set extremely low to help make this easier for players. We hope that our wizard players will enjoy the new and improved magical power at their disposal.
World
• Local weather systems have been re-enchanted to stop chasing players across the map.
• The Wildmound Cradle in the Silent Plains is now accessible for characters level 36 and higher. Adventurers who wish to explore this new area should proceed with caution.
• A special high-level event has been enabled in Black Rose Keep. This event can occur randomly and has a higher chance to occur when more groups are actively adventuring in the zone.

• Corrected an issue that would sometimes cause spell effects to not display in the intended position on a target.
• Fixed a bug in character creation that left the Ul in a bad state after cancelling.
• Most wraith NPCs now count as undead for the purposes of spells and abilities that target the undead.
• Current weight will now be displayed in red text when the player is encumbered (carrying more than their max carry weight).
• Macros now have a limit of 50 lines.
• Added more hair styles for halflings.

Amidst this turmoil, the rest of the pantheon watches and waits, but there is an ominous silence from the Underfoot.
